everything, in one place
Five groups of work, one team. Most clients start with bookkeeping or a single tax return, then add payroll, incorporation or advisory support as the business grows, so you’re never paying for more than you need today.
Because it’s all under one roof, nothing gets lost between a bookkeeper and a tax preparer: the same people who close your books prepare the return that comes out of them.
the boring bits, done on time
The recurring work that keeps a company current, and keeps year-end from becoming an archaeology project.
“My books are behind again.”
Monthly or quarterly bookkeeping that gives you a reliable picture instead of a shoebox. Catch-up work welcome, we’ve rebuilt plenty of years from scratch.
“Year-end is creeping up.”
Financial statements and working papers prepared to a standard your bank, your board and your tax filing can all lean on.
“I just hired my first employee.”
Your people paid correctly and on time, with the CRA side kept in step, including the parts owners forget until a letter arrives.
no surprises in April
Returns prepared from records we trust, positions we can explain, and filings tracked against their deadlines.
“My T1 is due and I have slips everywhere.”
T1 returns for employees, self-employed clients, landlords, students and newcomers, with a conversation about what changed this year.
“The corporation needs to file.”
T2 corporate tax returns for Toronto and Canadian corporations, prepared from a completed year-end file rather than a rushed spreadsheet.
“I still have income back home.”
Support for clients with ties to both countries, residency questions, foreign income and reporting obligations considered side by side.
“I invoice clients myself.”
T1 returns with business or professional income, sole proprietors, contractors, freelancers, gig and rideshare workers, and side businesses run alongside a job.
“I’m handling an estate.”
T3 returns for trusts and estates, and the final personal return for someone who has passed, handled at a pace that respects what the family is dealing with.
“Am I missing anything I qualify for?”
A review of the benefits and credits your situation may touch, and help preparing the supporting information. Eligibility is always the CRA’s decision.
from zero
Business incorporation services for Canada, bundled with the CRA registrations, software setup and first-year bookkeeping that make the company actually operable. We start with a consultation, because incorporating isn’t right for everyone at every stage.
the tools, chosen for you
We work in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Sage and Tally. Where AI helps, we use it, always with professional human review before anything is posted, filed or relied on.
“Everything already lives in QuickBooks.”
Setup, cleanup, bank feeds and monthly bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, and full support for QuickBooks Desktop files, including migration to the cloud when you’re ready.
“We run on Xero.”
Chart of accounts design, reconciliations and reporting for Xero-based Canadian businesses.
“Our file is in Sage.”
Sage accounting services for businesses already standardised on the platform.
“Our books came over in Tally.”
Tally accounting support, often for clients running operations in both Canada and India.
On AI: we use AI-assisted bookkeeping and accounting workflows to read documents, suggest coding and flag anomalies. A qualified person reviews every suggestion, and nothing is filed or reported on the strength of automation alone. You’ll always know a human signed off.
the numbers, with a plan attached
Work that sits above the ledger: how money moves through the business, and how you show that to someone else.
“The bank wants projections.”
Project report services for lenders, landlords, grant programs and internal decisions, built on your actual figures with assumptions written down, not buried.
“Who’s checking the money?”
Internal controls services sized for small teams: enough process to protect the business, not so much that nobody follows it.

Yes, we’re a fully remote practice and work with clients anywhere in Canada. Everything runs by phone, video call and secure file sharing, so where you’re based makes no difference to the service.
Yes, catch-up bookkeeping is routine work for us. We review the current state of the file, agree a scope and a sequence, then rebuild the periods in order so each one closes properly.
We generally recommend holding the QuickBooks (Online or Desktop), Xero, Sage or Tally subscription or licence in your own name so you always own your data and keep access if anything changes. We work inside your file.
For document capture, coding suggestions and anomaly checks. Every AI-assisted step is reviewed by a professional before anything is posted, filed or relied on, the judgement and the responsibility stay with a person.
We support the tax side of a DTC claim: gathering information, coordinating with your certifying medical practitioner, and adjusting prior returns if a claim is approved. Eligibility decisions rest with the CRA. For deeper DTC-specific material, see disabilitytaxcredits.ca.
Fees depend on transaction volume, payroll size, the number of filings and the state of the current records. We quote after a short consultation, so the number reflects your actual work rather than a guess.
Where our services touch a CRA program, these are the official pages that set the rules.
External links open on Government of Canada and provincial registry sites. Rules change; we confirm the current position for your situation during the consultation.
