a2z Financial Solutions is a fully remote accounting and bookkeeping practice working with clients across Canada, no walk-in office, no commute, everything handled by phone, video call and secure file sharing. We handle the recurring work, books, payroll, filings, and the decisions that sit on top of it, in language you can repeat to your business partner without translating first.

We won’t promise outcomes we don’t control, refunds, assessments or approvals are the CRA’s call. What we can promise is care with your file and straight answers about what we see in it.

Most people arrive mid-problem: books behind, a letter from the CRA, a year-end closer than they’d like. The first thing we do is tell you where you actually stand, then what’s urgent, what can wait, and what it will cost.

We use AI-assisted workflows for the repetitive parts of bookkeeping and accounting, reading receipts, suggesting codes, spotting duplicates and outliers. It makes the work faster and more consistent. It does not make the decisions.

Everything an AI-assisted step produces is checked by a person before it’s posted, filed or used to advise you. That’s the whole philosophy: automation for speed, professional human review for judgement and responsibility.
